It all starts with a FREE consultation to establish the specific needs and goals that you want to achieve. Weather you want to run a marathon, return to your pre natal shape, get fitter, more toned or just increase your general feeling of well being, personal training can help. Everyone's goals and aspirations are unique, which is why every training programme I design will be specifically tailored to you. I will train with you every step of the way, with fun exercise sessions to get you healthier, toned up and feeling great. We can train at your home, office or at a local park it's up to you.

My personal training sessions include:

  • 1:1 or group tuition

Your exercise program will be reviewed every 6 weeks to allow further fitness gains and improvements and I will monitor your progress with weekly text messages, phone calls or emails to ensure that you are motivated even when I'm not with you. Your body fat % and weight will be regularly monitored so not only will you feel and look healthy you'll have the statistics to prove it.
